Return Policy:
No returns on products over 15 days from date of delivery. Returns on
products w/in 15 days from date of delivery require a
manufacturer's RMA and are subject to a minimum of a 25%
restocking fee. All returns must have all of the original
packaging and must be in new and resaleable condition.
Products damaged in shipping must be reported to Network Spectrum, Inc within 24 hours of delivery. Claims cannot be processed after this time.
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

International Sales:
Network Spectrum welcomes international business. The preferred method
of shipment for international orders is BAX Global or UPS Express
(customer pays all shipping costs). The preferred payment method is
Electronics Funds Transfer (EFT) to Network Spectrum bank account.
Product will not ship until receipt of funds. Customer is responsible
for all import duties, taxes, charges, etc.
Warranties: Warranties are provided by the manufacturers and based on the individual manufacturers' terms and conditions.
Accessories: Carrying cases, replacement lamps, ceiling mount kits, etc. are available for most of the products.
