Return Policy: No returns on products over 15 days from date of delivery. Returns on products w/in 15 days from date of delivery require a manufacturer's RMA and are subject to a minimum of a 25% restocking fee. All returns must have all of the original packaging and must be in new and resaleable condition.
Products damaged in shipping must be reported to Network Spectrum, Inc within 24 hours of delivery. Claims cannot be processed after this time.
